Change Your Perspective-Change Your Marriage

One powerful tool for changing our feelings toward a difficult situation is to change our mindset.

Start looking for the good in your marriage. What are some ways your husband loves you? Understand that he can be loving you in his way, even if that's not your ideal way for him to show you love. Did he make dinner, go shopping, spend some time with the family? Look for the little ways he takes care of you.

Maximize on this positive thought by thanking him for what he has done. Express gratitude at least twice a day. What we mention-we strengthen. If you want him to do more of that positive action, let him know it was appreciated!
